Latest PC build question and Tech Support Megathread Just my 2 cents, I don't know shit except that AMD's display driver updates are shit if you run games like Warframe./r/AMD Discord Official AMD Discord FILTER BY: NEWS REVIEW RUMOR PHOTO Latest Drivers & Tech Support These driver updates are probably designed to benefit miners more than gamers. ![]() I'm ready for the big crypto fad to end (and it's coming, because the corrupt governments and whales of the world are dead set on sucking the blood right out of it) so at least we can get a decent graphics card for gaming for less than a months salary and the updates won't be rushed and infested with bugs. It's likely that this is another negative side effect of crypto mining that screws people who use these cards for what they were intended to do. They need to get these updates a bit more polished before unleashing them upon our devices to wreak havoc. The Radeon performance "advisor" sure is flaky if that's true because before this update, it said that none of my games would benefit from a hardware upgrade and everything ran at about 135 fps without issue That's a pretty shitty update if it suddenly rendered my $700 graphics card obsolete. I have an MSI RX 5600 XT Gaming MX which is not the best but surely no slouch, and a Ryzen 7 3800x. I have had shit fps, stuttering, and crappy, dull picture with Warframe and the Radeon performance advisor tells me it's because I have a shit GPU and need to buy a RX 6900. I know these features use to improve our gaming experience but they are not working may AMD fix this soon and improve their driver. Also under settings→preferences turn off every thing like advertisement, auto update, animation and effects, etc (Don't change anything else use application/game settings or you can check one by one which setting cause issue on your system) Turn off virtual super resolution, Gpu scaling under display tab Turn off Enhanced sync (cause lag when turned on) Texture filtering quality to Standard (default) ![]() Turn off surface format optimization (cause my gameplay choppy and low frame rate when on) Turn off Radeon Image sharpening (This feature make rise of the tomb raider unplayable with high fps when on) Turn off Radeon boost (It cause stutters when on) Turn off anti-lag (I checked this feature is not working and making my gaming experience worst).1)Turn off game mode from windows settings
